The Modroño II apartments follow the success of the Modroño I apartments (also known as the Sky Villas)

The Modroño II apartments consist of two blocks. Construction on Block 2 has started and so it is this block that is being offered for sale first.

The apartments are available on four floors. Ground floor apartments have private gardens. There are apartments on the first and second floors, whilst the top (third) floor penthouses also have roof solariums.
