Description for the apartments of Liminero Block 26 at Las Colinas Golf & Country Club…

The plots are on a gentle incline and the properties are designed so the the entrance, swimming pool, main living area and master bedroom suite are on the upper level, with bedrooms 2 & 3 on the lower level. There are two terraced areas on the upper level and one on the lower level. The plots in Phase 1 are located next to a green area.

Each plot has a double sized parking for two cars at the entrance. A footpath leads from the parking area to the front door. Note: there are some steps along the path.

The main living area is on one level, accessed from a hallway from the front door. There is a lounge and dining area with an American kitchen at one end. The kitchen has an island that also double as a breakfast bar. The lounge has direct access to the main two terraced areas. There is a guest bathroom accessed from the living area. From the hall, there is the entrance to the master bedroom suite. This comprises a bedroom, a walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom. The master bedroom has access to one of the terraces.

Stairs, at the end of the hallway, lead down to the lower level, where there are four doorways. These are for bedrooms 2 & 3, an independent bathroom and for the laundry room. Bedroom 2 & 3 both have access to the lower terrace.

These villas have been designed to be far more affordable than similar sized villas at Las Colinas.  They do not come with air conditioning, although the ducting for the a/c (pre-installtion) has been included in the building, the kitchens do not come with the appliances (white goods), and the garden landscaping is minimal. By allowing the buyer to contract these items themselves, a considerable sum of money can be saved by the buyer.
