Outside

There are a total of 3 plots, which vary is size from 181 to 230 m². They each have off-road parking for two cars (with pre-instalaltion for an electric charging point). Plot number 13 is the villa type M2S which has a basement garage, and is the only villa in the entire Lima Community with a garage.

The plots are landscaped and include a lawn area. The plots are level and each villa has a private swimming pool and terrace set in a lawn. There is also access to the garden from the master bedroom.

Inside

The villas are on one floor. The living area and all the bedrooms and bathrooms are basically, on the same level as the garden and swimming pool.

The living room features large sliding windows. The fitted kitchen features a large island unit that incorporates a induction ceramic hob, and also make for a breakfast bar.

A fridge-freezer, oven, microwave and dishwasher are all built-in and included in the price.

The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. There is an independent bathroom with shower that services bedrooms 2 & 3, and there is also a guest WC. All bedrooms have access to the the terrace.

There is ducted hot and cold air conditioning throughout the villa with a central control unit. The system can be upgraded to zone control for individual rooms.

Villa #13 is the model type M2S, with its large basement garage. An internal stairway connects the basement to the side of the lounge area.

All villas also enjoy exclusive access to the Lima Community sauna and indoor and outdoor pool complex.
