The Sports and Health Club comprises a 24-hour gymnasium, three tennis courts, two paddle courts, a large swimming pool and a nature trail.
Gymnasium
The fully equipped 24-hours gymnasium at Las Colinas Sports & Health Club is the perfect place to work out. It features cardio and weight training machines for a full fitness programme, focusing on both strength and resistance exercises.
Guests at Las Colinas Residences clients enjoy special rates for the use of the gym. Admission includes a sports towel and an individual locker in the changing room at no additional cost.
A personal training service is also available.
Tennis & Paddle
This complex has three tennis courts, two paddle courts and a multi-sports court where you can play football or basketball.
The facilities are located very close to the main entrance, just a few minutes from the Clubhouse. Guests at Las Colinas Residences enjoy special rates. Advance booking required.
Swimming Pool
The Las Colinas Sports & Health Club experience is all about unwinding in a fantastic 250 m2 outdoor pool. The perfect space to enjoy the sun and the Mediterranean climate in a natural setting.
Right beside it there is a food truck with a varied menu if you’re planning on a full pool day.
Guests at Las Colinas Residences enjoy special rates for the use of the pool. Access includes free towels and the possibility of renting sunbeds (subject to availability).
Nature Trail
The trail runs through a Mediterranean forest with a high degree of conservation. The trail has two routes that can be done both on foot and by bicycle.
The first trail covers 3,032 metres. With no great slopes, it can be done in one hour at a leisurely pace. The second trail, 5,051 metres long, is especially attractive for mountain bike lovers, and can be completed in 40 minutes at a relaxed pace.
