Ground floor apartments and the 2nd floor penthouses have their own private pools. First floor apartments have private chillout areas next to the communal pool
A/C & Heating
All apartments have air conditioning with "Air-Zone" for individual room temperature control. All apartments have water based underfloor heating throughout with additional electric underfloor heating in the bathrooms.
Communal Gym
There will be a communal gym, located in the 2nd Green Suite building, with machines for running, cycling and rowing as well as benches for weight training and separate hand weights.
Fibre Internet
Fibre optic internet with symmetric 600Gb/s upload and download, and home automation, including front door camera and access, controllable from phone app.

The Limonero Green Suites
With Danish senior management and Danish financial backing, Limonero Green Suites aims to push boundaries of luxury to the next level.
This is the first Green Suites apartment building at Las Colinas, and the first thing that you will notice are all the swimming pools. Each apartment on the ground floor and each or the Penthouse apartments (second floor) have private pools. There is also a communal swimming pool and the apartments on the first floor each have a private chillout area next to the communal pool.
There are a total of 14 apartments: 6 on the ground floor, 6 on the first and 4 penthouses. Most of the apartments have 3 bedrooms, but there are two 2-bedroom apartments on the ground floor and two on the first floor.
All 3-bedroom apartment come with two garage parking spaces, and the 2-bedroom apartments come with one space. All apartments have a private lockup storage area in the basement.
The layout of the on the ground floor is the same as that on the first floor, but with the ground floor apartments having bigger terraces and a private pool on the lounge terrace.
The penthouses each have a private swimming pool on the roof terrace.
All apartments are fitted out to the highest of standards.

Smart living
Domotics. You can control lights, blinds, door phone, underfloor heating and temperature through your smartphone or the LCD control panel inside the apartment.
Carpentry
Our wardrobes are lacquered in white. Interior with drawers and shelves. A sensor will automatically turn on the LED Light. Doors are lacquered in white. Standard height of 220 cm. All internal doors with a rubber- band to limit noise.
Lighting
Laminated plaster continuous false ceiling, with access panel for installations. To create a nice ambient we use curtain boxes in the living room and bedrooms, all fitted with LED lighting.
Fitted kitchen
Kitchen furniture by famous Italian brand Aran Cucine. Cabinets and drawers 5 layered lacquered. Worktops from Xtone by Porcelanosa. Combi oven/Steam, microwave, warming drawer, fridge/freezer, dish- washer and washing machine from Siemens

Within walking distance, there are two restaurants withing the Las Colinas Country Club: Il Palco is an Italian Restaurant, whilst UNIK Restaurant offers international cuisine.
About 10 minutes drive can take you to San Miguel de Salinas or the inland part of Orihuela Costa. In these locations, you have about 50 restaurants.
20 minutes drive will give you a choice of hundreds of restaurants.
Supermarket
There is a convenience store within Las Colilnas.
With a 10 minute drive you have a selection of supermarkets.
Shopping Mall
The La Zenia Boulevard is 15 minutes drive and offers more than 150 shops, including many international fashion brands. There is also a cinema and casino.
Car parking is free.
Airport
Alicante Airport is 50 minutes away by car.
Murcia International Airport is 45 minutes drive.
Beach
There are a selection of beaches that can be reached in about 15 minutes drive.
At Dehesa de Campoamor (15 mins), you will find the Wow Beach Club (by Las Colinas).
Hospital
The nearest major hospital is "Hospital Universitario de Torrevieja" and is about 20 minutes drive. It has many specialist departments and a large emergency department. It has a great reputation and many of the staff speak pretty good English.
School
The nearest private international school is "ELIS Villamartin", and takes about 12 minutes to reach by car. The school follows the British and Spanish curricula, and has about 500 pupils starting from the age of 3 and going up to 18 years.
The school is focused on getting pupils into universities.
