There are 16 apartments in the building, which is on 3 floors plus a basement where the garages and private storerooms are located. There are communal gardens and a communal swimming pool, as well as apartments on the ground floor and top floor having private pools.

All the apartments are fitted out in a style that takes luxury to the next level!

Ground Floor

This comprises 6 apartments each with a private swimming pool on the lounge terrace. There are 2 x Type 1 (3 bedrooms), 2 x Type 2 (3 bedrooms but smaller) and 2 x Type 3 (2 bedrooms).

Inside

All apartments are equipped with a fully fitted kitchen featuring induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer. 3-Bedroom apartments also have a cooled wine cabinet. There is Hot and cols air conditioning as well water piped under floor heating throughout. The bathrooms also have electric under floor heating.

The living rooms and bedrooms have wooden flooring. The air condition comes with AirZone that allows the temperature in each room to be set separately, either by the LCD control panel or by a smartphone app, which can also control the blinds, lighting and give remote access to the front door and view the door security camera.

All 3-bedroom apartments come with 2 underground garage spaces, whilst 2-bedroom apartments come with 1 space. All apartments have private secure storage areas.

Outside

The ground floor apartments each have a private swimming pool on their lounge terrace. There is also access to the communal swimming pool.

There will be a communal gymnasium in the next phase of Green Suites, to which all owner will have access.
